Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive excellent service and that their needs are met.
- Food Quality: Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure that supplies are ordered and stocked as needed.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key metrics.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
Our fast-paced restaurant environment requires a team player who can work well under pressure. As a Shift Manager, you will be standing for extended periods and working in a physically demanding environment.
