Multitasking Office Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented Multitasking Office Manager who can effectively juggle multiple tasks with ease. This role is ideal for individuals who appreciate the developer tab in Word and are tech-savvy.

- Manage appointments, meetings, and team schedules like a multitasking master
- Troubleshoot minor tech issues and adapt to new software or tools quickly
- Ensure office operations run smoothly by organizing files and assisting clients
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and with a friendly demeanor
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative role
- Able to learn quickly and prioritize daily workload
- Holds discretion and confidentiality at all times
- Demonstrates a friendly and professional demeanor
- Post-secondary education
