Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Water Management Supervisor to join our team in Waterproofing Foreman/Woman. This role involves supervising workers, projects, and overseeing apprenticeship training while ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Responsibilities
  • Project Supervision: Supervise workers and projects, including the coordination and scheduling of activities, to ensure timely completion and quality results.
  • Apprenticeship Training: Oversee apprenticeship training programs, providing guidance and support to help individuals develop their skills and expertise.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all work sites comply with relevant health and safety regulations, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
