About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our water infrastructure project teams in the evaluation, design, and construction of pipelines, pump stations, and reservoirs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering work on water and wastewater projects, including report and proposal writing, business development, client liaison, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver work on water and wastewater pump stations, pipelines, reservoir projects to customers.
  • Lead the analysis, design, construction administration, and preparation of technical reports, plans, specifications, and estimates for various water/wastewater, pipeline, and pump station design projects.
  • Manage scope, budget, and schedule for a team of multi-disciplined project engineers, design engineers, and CAD technicians in the development of various Water Business Line projects.
  • Direct project team and client compliance with contract terms and monitor subcontractors' compliance with contractual commitments.
  • Implement industry-leading solutions and develop innovative solutions.
  • Take technical and management responsibility of tasks and delegate effectively to junior staff.

About You

  • You have a minimum of 15+ years of technical engineering skills in water/wastewater pipelines, pump stations design.
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering or a related engineering field, with a Master's degree a plus.
  • You are a Professional Engineer or eligible for registration with PEO.
  • You have previous experience managing multi-discipline project teams.
  • You possess deep knowledge of project goals, drivers, strategies, risks, and opportunities.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to conduct effective presentations and prepare written reports and documents.
  • You have experience delivering technical and business presentations.
  • You can mentor junior staff.
