Job Title: Farm Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team at Delfresh Mushroom Farm Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our farm, ensuring the highest quality of crop production, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and maintain vertical farming systems
  • Supervise and train farm workers and harvesting labourers
  • Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
  • Maintain quality control and production records
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
  • Perform general farm duties
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in farm operations or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
