About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team at MSB Farm Ltd. As a key member of our farm operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our farm workers and ensuring the smooth operation of our farm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Farm Workers: Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers to ensure efficient and effective farm operations.
  • Farm Safety and Bio-Security: Ensure that all farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Crop Production and Maintenance: Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations to ensure optimal crop yields and quality.
  • Machinery and Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and effective farm operations.
Requirements
  • Leadership and Supervision: 3-4 years of experience in supervising and leading a team of farm workers.
  • Crop Production Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of crop production and maintenance, including fruit and vegetable combination farming.
  • Machinery and Equipment Operation: Experience in operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment, including vegetable or fruit harvesters.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Language of Work: English.
