About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team at H.Q. Mushroom Farm Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our farm, ensuring the highest quality crop production and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
  • Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
  • Maintain quality control and production records
  • Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
  • Maintain work records and logs
  • Hire and train staff
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
  • Perform general farm duties
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent written communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
  • Steel-toed safety boots and other necessary equipment
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and will be expected to maintain a high level of physical fitness. The work will involve a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and may require working in dusty and hot conditions.
