About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team at Delfresh Mushroom Farm Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our farm, ensuring the highest quality of crops and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and maintain vertical farming systems
  • Supervise and train farm workers and harvesting labourers
  • Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
  • Maintain quality control and production records
  • Coordinate and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
  • Hire and train staff
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
  • Perform general farm duties
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent written communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks in a physically demanding environment
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a dusty, hot, and outdoors environment with exposure to odours and mushrooms. The work site is located in a rural area with staff accommodation provided.
