Job Title: Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at Custom Ston Masonry Inc. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and installing structures and fixtures made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials to create structures and fixtures.
  • Sand, trim, grind, or clean products into final form using hand tools.
  • Observe equipment, panel indicators, video monitors, and other instruments to ensure processes are operating according to specifications.
  • Assemble, install, and set-up merchandise/products.
  • Ensure safety procedures are followed.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience an asset.
  • Ability to work at heights, in various locations, and in physically demanding environments.
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and work overtime as required.
  • Steel-toed safety boots and other personal protective equipment required.
Working Conditions:
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling.
  • Handling heavy loads.
  • Overtime required.
  • Physically demanding.

  • Reliability.
  • Team player.
Language:
  • English or French.
Work Schedule:
  • 30 to 40 hours per week.
