At Insight Global, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical professional to join our team as a Call Center Agent in the Customer Solution Centers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in English and French, both written and verbal, and have a strong technical aptitude with databases/software/platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving inbound calls from B2B clients and providing accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by using the appropriate methods/tools. They will also build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

We estimate that the salary range for this position is between $45,000 and $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply developed knowledge of the job skills, company policies and procedures to complete a wide variety of assignments/tasks.
  • Work on assignments that are moderately complex in nature and require ordinary problem resolution and independent judgment.

The ideal candidate will work under limited supervision and normally receive no instructions on routine work and general instructions given for new assignments.
