BCLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Operations Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of BCLC gaming services, maximizing profit and revenue generation, and ensuring BCLC's direct delivery of casino entertainment in a socially responsible manner with high integrity.

The Manager, Business Operations will manage teams at more than one site, which will involve travel.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

They will also have strong analytical skills to understand market trends and financial impacts, and be able to work effectively with service providers to ensure BCLC's marketing initiatives are being supported.

The Manager, Business Operations will be responsible for:

  • Building collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues that positively impact our player experience.
  • Completing complex escalations of customer service issues related to their gaming experience.
  • Collaborating with player health teams to ensure our products are aligned with our responsible gambling ambitions.
  • Collaborating with service providers on business plans that align with revenue targets, divisional strategies, and operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand market trends and financial impacts.
  • The ability to work effectively with service providers to ensure BCLC's marketing initiatives are being supported.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to escalate when necessary.
  • The ability to work outside of typical daily hours and manage time effectively across multiple locations.

BCLC offers a competitive salary range of $82,108.00 - $102,635.00 - $128,294.00, with a defined benefit pension plan and opportunities for professional development.
