The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Business Operations to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our gaming services, maximizing profit and revenue generation, and ensuring BCLC's direct delivery of casino entertainment in a socially responsible manner with high integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues that positively impact our player experience.
  • Complete complex escalations of customer service issues related to their gaming experience.
  • Collaborate with player health teams to ensure our products are aligned with our responsible gambling ambitions.
  • Collaborate with service providers on business plans that align with revenue targets, divisional strategies, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Exceptional leadership and planning skills, with the ability to assign work and develop teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to own strategic relationships and bring teams together to solve complex problems.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand market trends and financial impacts.
