Senior Brand Design Director

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Design Director to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a key member of our creative organization, you will be responsible for shaping the development of our brand identity across all player touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand design strategies to drive business growth and engagement.
- Lead a team of designers to create world-class integrated brand design systems, including brand images, logos, typography, color, graphic elements, iconography, and motion-based solutions.
- Partner with studio teams to integrate design strategy and brand design as a critical discipline to ensure a cohesive brand experience across in-game and out-of-game touchpoints.
- Oversee and execute all marketing campaigns and live services content from a brand design perspective, including digital, motion, experiential, film, retail, social, environmental, and print.
- Present work and build alignment with senior partners across multiple teams.
- Inspire, lead, and direct internal designers and oversee the daily work.
- Brief and direct external agencies and vendors, ensuring large-scale projects stay on track.
- Create the brand style guide, brief internal and external partner teams on these rules, and ensure consistency and quality benchmarks are met in execution.
- Interpret creative feedback and data into iterative design, as part of a multi-revision process.
- Partner with others in the broader creative organization to push our brand's creative expression to new levels of excellence.
Requirements
- 8+ years of branding experience as a creative director or design director at a brand or design agency, with at least three years of leadership experience managing multiple designers.
- Understanding of the comprehensive strategic brand design process, design trends, and best practices.
- Phenomenal branding/design track record, with experience creating for global brands in digital, print, experiential, and environmental channels, including design systems.
- Ability to provide clear direction to design teams and sell through concepts and executions both visually and verbally to individuals at all levels of the company.
- Experience working across multiple brand equities and hierarchies, understanding how they're interconnected.
- Excellent hands-on design, typography, and layout skills.
- Experience with game UI design, 3D, motion design, and photoshoot direction is a huge plus.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud.
- You love football: the game, the culture, the athletes, and the stories that surround this incredible and dynamic sport.
- You have experience in similar global sports.
