About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Creative Director to lead our creative design concepts and ensure they align with our brand ethos and marketing strategies. As a key member of our team, you'll oversee multiple design projects from concept to execution, driving brand engagement across all digital, traditional, and retail channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative design concepts that reflect our brand's values and marketing goals
  • Oversee campaign development and execution across various platforms, including digital, traditional, and retail channels
  • Maintain brand consistency by ensuring a cohesive visual identity across all creative assets
  • Collaborate with brand marketing to align creative output with business objectives and drive engagement
  • Mentor and inspire a team of in-house creatives, fostering a collaborative environment
  • Manage relationships with external freelancers to support project demands
  • Balance hands-on daily design work with leadership responsibilities
Requirements

This role requires a proven track record of success in a similar position, with at least 3 years of experience as a Creative Director. You should have a strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns, with expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma. Additionally, you should be able to forecast design and production issues, manage departmental budgets, and possess strong presentation and communication skills.

Salary Range: $115,000 - $135,000 CAD per year
