Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of related experience in marketing, advertising, or public relations, with a focus on hospitality, food, and beverage/restaurants. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the marketing department comprised of a marketing manager, social media coordinator, and graphic design team.
- Overseeing day-to-day supervision, growth, and development of team members.
- Planning and executing annual marketing plans and campaigns at both restaurant and group levels.
- Working closely with chefs and restaurant directors to plan marketing initiatives and create synergies across brands.
- Translating high-level brand strategies into concrete, actionable brand plans, brand positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assisting in planning and executing on- and off-premise promotional events.
- Taking successful local marketing initiatives and applying them to brand-level and brand-wide initiatives.
- Developing and assisting with executing social media campaigns.
- Managing influencer outreach programs & scheduling visits.
- Developing and testing partnerships to open new streams of revenue.
- Staying current on emerging technology, providers, and trends that could positively impact brand online/mobile/interactive presence and incremental revenue potential.
- Proactively making recommendations and following established brand strategies to improve visual and copy development, meet performance objectives, and drive operational efficiencies.
- Overseeing social, websites, apps, e-blasts/newsletters, and search campaigns for restaurants.
- Overseeing online reputation & social media reports.
We are looking for a talented and experienced professional with a bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, public relations, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving results and leading high-performing teams.
An estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and industry standards. This role offers opportunities for career growth and professional development in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
