About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team at DentalMonitoring. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key customers, and driving sales growth in Western Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect daily to identify new opportunities within your territory
  • Understand the DM value proposition and how it can change a dental/ortho practice workflow
  • Partner with customers and KOLs to understand their business objectives and critical issues
  • Segment the territory to identify key opportunities to drive strong sales growth in new business, and reach the full potential in all current customer base
  • Build and execute strategic account plans to exceed sales targets, company KPIs, and objectives
  • Identify and nurture relationships with KOL/influential customers
  • Drive local and national events, webinars, masterclasses, and study clubs to bring new and innovative ways to drive peer-to-peer endorsement
  • Work in a multifunctional team, influencing the output of the team successfully
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and competition
  • Use CRM to report activity
About You
  • You have a strong background in sales in the orthodontics, dental, or medical technology field
  • You have the ability to influence and provoke customers' ways of thinking
  • You have a clear understanding of the conceptual/consultative selling approach
  • Your hunting skills are strong
  • You have a background in med-tech, dental, or ortho
  • You have a high level of IT knowledge and a high appreciation for new technology
  • You have the ability to build and maintain positive mutual partnerships with internal and external customers
