Job Title: Landscaping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at Select Landscaping and Construction Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, organization, and execution of landscaping projects, including the direct supervision of staff and the management of materials and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns, ensuring high-quality results and meeting project deadlines.
  • Hire, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Organize and plan the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns, taking into account weather conditions and other environmental factors.
  • Provide technical advice to resolve work problems and increase the value and functionality of properties.
  • Schedule work and plan and direct grounds maintenance, including the management of labor and materials.
  • Plan and manage landscape construction work, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs, and repair and maintain equipment as needed.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
