About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Operations Manager to join our team at COREPRO LANDSCAPING. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to lead our landscaping operations and contribute to the growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the planning and execution of landscape construction projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Schedule and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Plan and estimate labor and materials, controlling costs and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Organize and direct construction of decks, decorative walls, and other hardscapes.
  • Maintain accurate work records, logs, and reports, providing valuable insights for business improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in landscape construction or a related field.
  • Degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field (not specified).
  • 3-4 years of supervisory experience, with a proven track record of success in leading teams.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read blueprints and drawings, with knowledge of building codes and regulations.
  • Physical demands include handling heavy loads, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
Working Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work is physically demanding, requiring prolonged standing, walking, and manual labor.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and withstand varying weather conditions.
