Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Supervisor to join our team at COREPRO LANDSCAPING. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and maintenance of our outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to project timelines.
  • Supervise and schedule staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
  • Organize and direct the construction of decks, decorative or retaining walls, and other landscape features.
  • Plan and estimate labor and materials, ensuring accurate budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Resolve work problems by providing technical advice and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Maintain work records and logs, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Tender and administer contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Read blueprints and drawings, interpreting designs and specifications to inform project decisions.
  • Repair and maintain equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, managing inventory and logistics.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in landscape construction or a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, handling heavy loads and working at heights.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
