Technology Operations Manager

Canadian Base Operators Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Systems Manager to join our team at the 4th Canadian Division Training Centre in Meaford. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our Information Services staff and implementing effective solutions to achieve our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the implementation and administration of our IT contract to achieve required performance standards and financial targets.
- Develop and maintain our administrative, quality, environmental, and health and safety management systems.
- Manage the performance of our staff to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and company policies.
- Liaise with our site management staff to develop plans and budgets, monitor performance, and resolve problems.
- Comply with applicable DND policies and directives, and liaise with DND technical authorities as required.
- Represent our organization and communicate with client staff and the Contract Management Team.

- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Information System Manager
- Proficient knowledge and understanding of contract management, business operations processes, organization and time management, and technical skills required to support and use current equipment and systems.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills in English.
- Proficient user of MS Office, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Endpoint Configuration Manager.
- Operating Systems Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Server.
Must be able to achieve and maintain a Government of Canada Security Clearance. Due to mandatory vaccination requirements at client projects and facilities, the successful candidate may be required to validate full vaccination prior to hire.
