About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at CURRIZZA RESTAURANTS INC. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient and effective food service operations.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, adhering to health and safety regulations.
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Customer Service and Relations
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.
    • Prepare and submit reports on customer feedback and satisfaction, informing management of areas for improvement.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing costs.
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and timely data for management.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Work Environment and Conditions
    • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
    • Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
    • Physically demanding role requiring excellent stamina and endurance.

    • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
