Snow Plow Operator

We are seeking a skilled Snow Plow Operator to join our winter maintenance team at Miller Paving Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for safely operating a combo plow unit to perform snow removal on local roads and highways.

• Operate a combo plow unit to clear snow and ice from roads and highways
• Maintain accurate documentation, including fuel reports, safety reports, and hours of service
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment
• Familiarize yourself with route maps and sand/salt application rates
• Meet call-in requirements during winter storm events

• DZ or AZ license with a clean driver's abstract
• Ability to respond to call-ins within thirty minutes
• Ability to operate a loader and perform other maintenance duties
• Ability to work assigned shifts, including evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
• Willingness to work in extreme weather conditions

• Ability to drive manual transmission
• Previous experience in winter-works operations
• Mechanical knowledge and ability to perform routine maintenance and minor repairs
• Good understanding of MTO standards and AMC Contract Performance Requirements
