Position Overview

The Store Operations Leader at MEAFORD PETROLEUM INC. is responsible for overseeing daily retail activities and ensuring a high standard of service.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a retail environment
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate staff duties to optimize performance
  • Identify and select merchandise and services for sale
  • Assess staffing needs and fulfill requirements
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply issues
  • Recruit, hire, and oversee staff and/or volunteers
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
