Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team at Dolphin IELTS Learning Center Incorporated. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring that all staff members are informed and up-to-date on important matters.
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials, and maintain a well-organized filing system.
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines, ensuring that our office runs efficiently and effectively.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, and greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff member.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date.
Work Environment

Our office is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and we are looking for an Administrative Assistant who is able to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
