We are seeking a skilled Senior Marketing Automation Manager to join our team in Hamilton.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of CRM Marketing and experience with Zoho, Salesforce or another CRM platform. You will partner with the CEO and existing Marketing team to determine their current state in terms of their CRM Marketing, and help them to understand where there are opportunities to increase Lead Generation, set up Marketing Automation, and grow their business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review the company's current CRM Marketing strategy and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and implement a Marketing Automation plan to increase lead generation and improve customer engagement.
  • Work closely with the CEO and Marketing team to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to achieve them.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in CRM Marketing and expertise with Zoho, Salesforce or another CRM platform.
  • Strategic mindset and strong written/verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work fully remotely from the comfort of your own home office.
