Job Title: Senior Sales Director for Automotive IndustryAbout the Role

We seek a highly skilled Senior Sales Director to lead our sales team in achieving outstanding results. As a key member of our management team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the general manager, sales team, and store managers to plan and execute targeted sales initiatives.
  • Lead your sales team to meet or exceed annual sales targets (estimated salary $85,000 - $110,000 per year) while promoting NAPA's marketing programs to district customers.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment, training, and performance management processes to optimize team performance.
  • Foster strong relationships with your sales team, corporate stores staff, and district partners.
  • Participate in regular district and regional meetings, as well as lead team meetings to ensure alignment and motivation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, news, and best practices in your assigned district.
  • Implement corporate and regional sales development initiatives to maintain market position and drive business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of district sales performance by producing weekly and monthly reports.
Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other relevant technologies.
  • Post-secondary education in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field is an asset.
  • Experience in the automotive sector is considered a significant advantage.
