Key Responsibilities:- Monitor Revenues and Labour Costs: Analyze sales data to determine labour costs and make informed decisions to optimize profitability.
- Staff Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and coaching to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Daily Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Staff Recruitment and Training: Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Supervision: Supervise a team of 16-20 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, withstanding pressure and meeting tight deadlines. Perform a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with occasional standing for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Demonstrate accuracy, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organization, reliability, and teamwork.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in food service operations management.
