Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Prakashmani Investments Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are consistently delivered.
Key Responsibilities- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our food service operations.
- Supervise Food Preparation Staff: Coordinate the activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that food is prepared and portioned to the highest standards.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for our management team.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on food service operations, highlighting areas for improvement and successes.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
Our food service department operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong organizational and communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team setting, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
