Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at BC LTD. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor revenues to determine labour costs and optimize food service operations
- Supervise staff to ensure that all food is prepared and served safely and efficiently
- Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff scheduling
- Recruit and train staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
- Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and other expenses to ensure that they are within budget
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that all food service operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all food service operations are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives
- 3 years of experience in food service operations, preferably in a supervisory or management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
