Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at BC LTD. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Food Service Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the food service department, including food preparation, serving, and cleaning.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of food service staff, including cooks, servers, and cashiers.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including food, supplies, and equipment.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards, meeting the needs of our customers.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in food service operations.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
