Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at BC LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our food service operations, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor Revenues and Labour Costs: Analyze sales data and labour costs to determine the most effective ways to manage our operations and improve profitability.
- Staff Performance Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure that they are meeting our high standards of service and quality.
- Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Staff Scheduling: Create and manage staff schedules to ensure that we have the right people in the right place at the right time.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Financial Management: Manage our financial resources, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in food service operations management.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent standing, walking, and lifting.
