Responsibilities

As a General Manager at SCADDABUSH, you'll be responsible for upholding the highest quality standards for food, service, and financial management. You'll lead a team of talented individuals, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of previous restaurant management experience, with approximately $4 million + in annual sales
  • Proficient in English verbal and written communication
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new software
  • Ability to manage sales goals, inventory, cash
  • Smart Serve Certified
  • Ability to manage the restaurant with a high level of attention to detail, hospitality, and fun
