Restaurant Operations Manager

Ambitious and detail-oriented Restaurant Operations Manager sought by Awara Restaurant to oversee daily restaurant operations, drive profitability, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing budgets to boost and maintain restaurant profits
- Developing budgets to determine food, ingredient, and supply costs
- Modifying food preparation methods and menu prices to align with restaurant budget
- Determining service offerings and implementing operational procedures
- Ensuring compliance with provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
- Negotiating arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Participating in marketing plans and implementation
- Addressing customer complaints and concerns
- Planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
This role requires a fast-paced environment, combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and a work term of permanent. The work language is English, and the hours are 30 per week.
