We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Head Cashier to join our team at Courtenay Return-It Depot. As a key member of our retail sales team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience and maintaining a high level of sales performance.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, maintaining a high level of sales performance and contributing to the overall success of the store.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are accurate and up-to-date.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the store management team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit sales reports, analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
