- Authorize Return of Merchandise: Process returns and exchanges in a fair and timely manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage schedules for our sales team to ensure adequate coverage and minimize conflicts.
- Prepare Reports on Sales Volumes, Merchandising, and Personnel Matters: Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions and optimize store performance.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management, minimizing stock discrepancies and optimizing stock levels.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities of Workers: Provide guidance and support to our sales team, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage Cash: Accurately handle cash transactions, maintain a secure cash environment, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Conduct Performance Reviews: Regularly evaluate the performance of our sales team, providing constructive feedback and coaching to drive improvement.
Courtenay Return-It Depot is a fast-paced retail environment that requires a high level of energy and enthusiasm. As a Head Cashier, you will work in a team-oriented setting, collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements- Team Player: Demonstrate a strong ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, promoting a positive and supportive team culture.
- Work Term: Permanent position with a minimum of 30-40 hours per week.
- Work Language: English.
