- Authorize Return of Merchandise: Process returns and exchanges in a fair and timely manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to meet the needs of the store and its customers.
- Prepare Reports: Generate reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise in a professional and courteous manner.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management to prevent stock discrepancies and optimize sales opportunities.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure excellent customer service.
- Manage Cash: Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of security and integrity.
- Conduct Performance Reviews: Regularly evaluate the performance of sales staff, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve their skills and productivity.
