Head Cashier

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Head Cashier to join our team at Courtenay Return-It Depot. As a key member of our retail sales team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience and maintaining a high level of sales performance.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, maintaining a high level of sales performance and contributing to the overall success of the store.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving and processing shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and provide support as needed.
- Store Operations: Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail sales experience
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
Courtenay Return-It Depot is a fast-paced retail environment, and the ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
