We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Savings and Retirement Administrator to join our team at Accoravillage. As a key member of our Savings and Retirement Operations department, you will be responsible for the administration of new business and in-force transactions for Non-Registered, Registered Retirement Savings Plans, and Tax-Free Savings Accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and follow processes for all products, including segregated funds, GIAs, and legacy products, with different procedures for two main systems.
- Issue new policies, rollovers, switches, additional deposits, beneficiary changes, title changes, surrenders, and any other changes or transactions on new or existing client policies.
- Assess, process, and complete all administrative service requests from internal and external clients as it pertains to Savings & Retirement products.
- Provide excellent client relationship and servicing of our advisors, MGAs, policyholders, and/or wholesaler team through all channels.
- Reconcile simple accounts by verifying ledger entries, investigating discrepancies, and making basic corrections.
- Participate in project work, including annual administrative projects and key projects to support Savings & Retirement department goals & objectives.
- Continued analysis of current procedures and identify / recommend procedural improvements.
- Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken).
- University degree, College Diploma in Business or equivalent work experience.
- Must be comfortable working overtime during peak times.
- Additional paid volunteer day each year.
- Immediate enrollment in the company's pension program with employer matching.
