Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate registered nurse to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement personalized care plans.

Responsibilities
  • Nursing Care: Provide direct patient care, assessing patients' conditions, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient progress.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Patient Education: Deliver health education programs to promote healthy lifestyle choices and empower patients to manage their conditions effectively.
  • Medication Administration: Dispense and administer medications as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established protocols.
  • Care Coordination: Coordinate patient care with other healthcare providers, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
Requirements
  • Licensure: Eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse by the province/territory of work.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience as a registered nurse, or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications: Current CPR certification and First Aid Certificate.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits, including a dental plan and healthcare plan. We also offer free parking available on site.
