Xcel Construction Limited is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, including supervising other workers, training, and record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train other workers to ensure efficient office operations
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 35 hours per week
