Job Summary

We're seeking a Restaurant Area Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Area Manager, you will be responsible for managing the operation of approximately 10 restaurants, managing staff to achieve restaurant targets and standards, and providing excellent customer service representative of the A&W brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the operation of approximately 10 restaurants, ensuring they meet A&W's high standards.
  • Manage staff to help maintain and achieve restaurant targets and standards, including coaching and training.
  • Identify areas of improvement and opportunity specific to individual restaurants under your control.
  • Manage budgetary inquiries and understand the budgeting process.
  • Monitor and control labor costs and food and waste costs.
  • Lead the staff to achieve service times and work as a part of the team.
  • Ensure all food safety regulations are followed.
  • Hire, retain, and terminate employees as well as train managers.
Requirements
  • Multi-unit restaurant management experience - two years or more.
  • Quick service restaurant experience preferred.
  • Driver's license.
  • Food handling certificate.
