Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at 0790726 B.C Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and overseeing food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen personnel.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a positive dining experience.
- Food Quality and Safety: Maintain high standards of food quality and safety, ensuring that all food is prepared and served in a clean and sanitary environment.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.
- Financial Management: Assist with financial management, including managing cash handling and maintaining accurate records.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
Working Conditions: This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
