Job Title: Administrative Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Saskatchewan Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including preparing reports, managing files, and coordinating meetings.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including personnel files, inventory, and budgetary controls.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Train staff on administrative procedures and policies.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Oversee payroll administration.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • High school graduation certificate.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
