Job Title: Administrative Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team at Saskatchewan Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Administrative Officer will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, preparing reports, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Procedure Evaluation: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are effective and efficient.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train staff, including office support staff and administrative assistants.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, including processing payroll and maintaining payroll records.
  • Budgeting: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain budgetary controls.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel, and other relevant software.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and tight deadlines.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, and ability to multitask.
Work Environment:

The Administrative Officer will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure.
