We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager to join our team at Rupertsland Institute. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational and fiscal activities of our Central region, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a regional annual work plan aligned with RLI's business and operational plans.
- Collaborate with senior management to design and implement new programs and services that meet the needs of our clients.
- Manage client services and project budget allocation, ensuring compliance with RLI's financial procedures.
- Conduct labour market analysis and consult with internal and external stakeholders to determine client training and employment needs.
- Evaluate and report trends and issues affecting clients, projects, and the local labour market.
- Plan and coordinate the delivery of services through our Mobile Service Unit.
- Develop and negotiate contribution agreements, budgets, and other documents to ensure compliance with performance measures and RLI procedures.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Management, or Social Sciences.
- Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
- Excellent understanding of administration, financial analysis, and budgeting.
- Experience in developing and implementing training programs, internal processes, and procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
