Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a regional annual work plan aligned with RLI's business and operational plans.
  • Collaborate with senior management to design and implement new programs and services that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Manage client services and project budget allocation, ensuring compliance with RLI's financial procedures.
  • Conduct labour market analysis and consult with internal and external stakeholders to determine client training and employment needs.
  • Evaluate and report trends and issues affecting clients, projects, and the local labour market.
  • Plan and coordinate the delivery of services through our Mobile Service Unit.
  • Develop and negotiate contribution agreements, budgets, and other documents to ensure compliance with performance measures and RLI procedures.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Business, Management, or Social Sciences.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
  • Excellent understanding of administration, financial analysis, and budgeting.
  • Experience in developing and implementing training programs, internal processes, and procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
