Job Summary

As a key member of our gaming floor operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily cage and main bank operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily cage and main bank operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in cash handling and gaming transactions.
  • Assist with the hiring, training, and development of staff, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, ownership, team members, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and other statutory requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or directed by management.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field, such as business or hospitality.
  • One or more years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a gaming or hospitality environment.
  • Strong mathematical aptitude, managerial skills, and familiarity with high-volume, fast-paced shift work.
  • Working knowledge of computer software and the ability to learn new systems.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to obtain registration as a Category 1 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.
