Great Canadian Entertainment is seeking a skilled Cage Supervisor to oversee daily cage and main bank operations.

This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) regulations and all applicable laws, policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily cage and main bank operations
  • Assist with hiring, training, evaluating, recognition, and development of staff
  • Develop and cultivate strong working relationships with stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws and other statutory regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field
  • One or more years of experience in a leadership role
  • Strong mathematical aptitude and managerial skills
  • Working knowledge of computer software and ability to learn new software and systems
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to obtain registration as a Category 1 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario
