We are currently recruiting for a Senior Minerals Process Lead to join our Minerals and Metals team in Vancouver. As a key member of our project leadership team, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance on mineral processing projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring that projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and within budget.

About the Role
  • Provide technical leadership on mineral processing projects, leveraging expertise in process design, commissioning, execution, and optimization.
  • Approve and deliver process designs that meet operational, safety, environmental, and functional requirements.
  • Perform trade-off studies to optimize process configurations and maximize client financial objectives.
  • Motivate and develop a high-performing team of process engineers to produce exceptional deliverables.
  • Support project success through effective communication and collaboration with study managers, project engineers, and discipline leads.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Mineral Processing or related field, with registration as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng).
  • 10-20 years' experience in concentrator projects, preferably in both engineering consulting and operational environments.
  • Proven experience leading projects to success and understanding client-side decision-making processes.
  • Strong knowledge of flotation, comminution, and tailings management, with experience in copper, molybdenum, gold, and nickel processing.
