About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our Minerals and Metals Business line in the Vancouver office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading various projects across our client base, including contract package development, contractor engagement, and project execution. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

About You

  • You hold a 4-year Engineering degree or related technical degree or diploma.
  • You have at least 10+ years of experience in developing, delivering, and/or operating mining, mineral processing projects, or other major industrial capital projects.
  • You possess 3+ years of field construction experience and management of contractors.
  • You are passionate about becoming part of a highly technical team providing ingenious and value-added solutions to our customers.
  • You can work closely with Clients, Contractors, Project Managers, Construction Managers, and Engineering discipline leads to develop packages for execution.
