Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for key corporate roles, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with leadership to forecast talent needs, develop proactive recruitment strategies, and enhance employer branding initiatives to position GFL Environmental as an industry-leading employer.
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment processes and build a strong talent pipeline of active and passive candidates for future hiring needs.
- Champion diversity and inclusion in all recruitment efforts, ensuring that our hiring practices are equitable and inclusive.
- 3-5 years of high-volume recruitment experience in a corporate, agency, or executive search setting.
- IT recruitment experience and bilingualism (English/French) are assets.
- Proficient in cold/warm calling and skilled in data analysis to drive recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationship-building and professional networking.
